It is also possible to participate as a guest in tea ceremony performance sessions. It will be a very good experience as we will give you a lecture on how to drink matcha tea in an appropriate way.

焼酎 (Japanese sake, Shochu) is known for its high alcohol content when consumed straight, but when paired with liquid such as water, it becomes milder and more approachable. In this event we will explore the combination withthree types of tea: ほうじ茶 (hojicha), 緑茶(green tea), and 和紅茶(black tea).
