焼酎 (Japanese sake, Shochu) is known for its high alcohol content when consumed straight, but when paired with liquid such as water, it becomes milder and more approachable. In this event we will explore the combination withthree types of tea: ほうじ茶 (hojicha), 緑茶(green tea), and 和紅茶(black tea).
